"I will do my best to keep this brief. Nick has gotten me into the best shape of my life. With a baby on the way, being athletic and mobile for her is my biggest priority. Not only does he take the time to work with me in person, but he also programs my three-day morning routine so that I only have to worry about showing up. The second thing I’d like to highlight is that, for years during my college football career and afterward, I dealt with back pain that no chiropractor, physical therapist, or painkiller could fix. Nick didn’t just hand me a generic “core workout” sheet. He watched me squat with an empty bar, spotted the old compensatory patterns I’d built to protect my back, and rebuilt my movement from the ground up.
