These are the starting point to a seasonal 3 month program! The combine is a full 1-3 hour experience to build a baseline for your athlete. They would come in, take the field test, which consists of 4 tests, the 20 yd dash, 5-10-5, broad jump, and vertical jump. The second part to the field test would be an obstacle course specific to the sport, for that day.
For example, a lacrosse combine would consist of, moving from point A to B with their stick and ball in hand and record their times. Another aspect of that would be shooting and mechanics, they would shoot a certain amount of lacrosse balls on a goal and record their mechanics, scoring shots, and time taken to finish shooting.
These combines would vary depending on sport, but after they take their tests, the athlete would then be apart of a 3 month program built for development in the gym and on the field in mechanics and skill, agility and speed, and lastly strength and conditioning. Resulting in another test day to record progress.
Varied Programs
These are programs made by me for athletic performance. Ranging from youth (8-10) all the way to collegiate athletics. These include strength programs, conditioning programs, and speed and agility programs. These programs happen during the weekdays, weekends, and they are split up seasonally, specifically for access to new comers and those that are committed.
Fitness classes, consist of 2 or 3 adult classes per week. These are for the adults that are looking for the group environment of fitness!
These classes happen multiple times a day, one in the morning and one at nighttime. Pick which fits you best and get after it!
